Error creating SSL context () (99) #1515

I get this error message every time I add a new feed Screen Shot 2022-01-08 at 9 21 02 PM It happens to EVERY new feed that I try

the same issues with https://nnmclub.to/forum/rss.php?f=463&t=1 using tor socks client 127.0.0.1:9050 on macos BigSur 11.6
