DISCORD support (Webhook) for QuiteRSS rules #1525

Hi QuiteRSS development team,

Thank you for your great RSS reader, one of the best out there!

I would have a request for a new feature:

Add a “DISCORD HTTP POST URL” option in the available actions of the filtering rules. The Discord feature is great to view the filtered RSS feeds on your smartphone (push notifications).

Are you saying that it's possible to consume Discord via RSS?

Hi, Yes it is possible to feed Discord via RSS feeds. For example, Feedbro - another good RSS reader (as a chrome extension) - allows you to set rules with the action "DISCORD http post url" => the Discord channel is filled up automatically. When dealing with a lot of RSS feeds, QuiteRSS seems more realiable than Feedbro, that's why I suggest to add this feature in a future release, please.

Did you also find a way to read Discord through RSS, f.i. in QuiteRSS?
