Crash after moving folder into itself; unable to launch thereafter #1535

Was reorganizing feeds, and accidentally moved a folder into itself.

The application then was not responding.

Now, even after a computer restart, the program will not fully load, and stops at 30%.

you'll probably ask this: I'm on windows 10 with the latest version (0.19.4)

Removing the feeds.db file allowed quiterss to load (i think feeds.db got corrupted) The same thing happened when I reproduce the error. for specifics I moved (a feed and the folder) into the folder
