Duplicate news #277

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Subscribing to and viewing feeds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. For some of my feeds I receive two news items instead of one. 
2. This is an intermittent problem.
3. I have checked 'Automatically delete duplicate news', the problem persists - 
Why is this an option and not standard?? Who would want two of each news item?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.12.4 (26.03.2013) Revision 2270.

This is a very strange problem. I have tested many desktop rss readers and have 
never encountered this particular problem. Aside from this problem this is the 
best rss reader I have ever used due to the extensive customisation options.

Please attach your feeds.db and quiterss.ini files - I can not see any option 
on this page to attach anything. There is some grey text saying 'Issue 
attachment storage quota exceeeded'.

You are using an older version. Fixed in version 0.12.5
