Steals focus on "open in external browser" #349

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On any feed item, "open in external browser" (control-O, or via the pop-up
menu).
2. Try to switch to the browser window, or any other window (using Alt-Tab, or
by clicking it in the taskbar).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that when I switch away from the QuiteRSS window to another window,
that other window will get and keep the focus. Instead, the QuiteRSS window
immediately retakes the focus and reappears "on top."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I first noticed this in version 0.13.0, and am currently using 0.13.1. I'm on
Gentoo Linux (amd64 architecture, a mostly-"stable" system), using the Xfce
desktop environment. I do have "focus-stealing prevention" enabled in my window
manager.

My feeds.db and quiterss.ini files are attached.
