Notifications doesn't show latest "New news" #931

Version 0.18.4 (08.03.2016) Revision 3674 for Windows from official site

Notifications doesn't show latest "new news", instead they show old "new news".

Example: Some feed updates every minute. After first minute we receive 3 new articles from this feed: article 3 article 2 article 1 And we receive notification from QuiteRSS: article 3 article 2 article 1 If we do not clear "new news" status (by not reading them or by disabling option "clear new status when minimize to tray"), we have 3 "New News".

After another minute, feed generates another 2 articles: article 5 article 4 This time, we don't receive notification about article 5, and 4, we again get notification about article 3 and 2 again. If we do not clear "new" status of news again, we will have 5 "New news", but we have been notified only about first 3 articles!

The only way to get latest "new news" in the notification window is to clear "new" status of these news by reading them all the time or by "clear new status when minimize to tray" which involves constantly opening and closing program window to do so.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open notifications settings, disable checkbox "Show when inactive main window" to make things easier.
  2. Add some fast feed to make reproducing easier. in my example I will be using feed that automatically generates content (http://lorem-rss.herokuapp.com). For example, http://lorem-rss.herokuapp.com/feed?unit=second&interval=10 will generate new item every 10 seconds.
  3. Open feed properties, set "Automatically update every 30 seconds" and delete all existing news to make reproducing easier.
  4. After 30 seconds, first 3 items will appear. In my case they were: Lorem ipsum 2016-07-01T13:11:40+00:00 Lorem ipsum 2016-07-01T13:**11:30+00:00 Lorem ipsum 2016-07-01T13:11:20+00:00 Notification is good
  5. After another 30 seconds, second 3 items will appear In my case they were: Lorem ipsum 2016-07-01T13:12:10+00:00 Lorem ipsum 2016-07-01T13:12:00+00:00 Lorem ipsum 2016-07-01T13:11:50+00:00 However, we are notified about old 3 items again

Same issue happening to me, you got any solution? When I started using QuiteRSS it's showing proper notification but after some days it only show old unread news in notification. I have tried many things like reinstalling, deleting file/folder from appdata (local/roaming) but nothing solve this issue. My bro also using QuiteRSS latest version but he get proper new news notification. If anyone have solution please help, Thanks You.
