Description: As a content manager, I want to review user feedback to adjust and improve the available resources.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Managers can view all feedback submitted by users.
- Feedback is sortable by resource and date.
Tasks:
- Develop the feedback review interface.
- Implement sorting and filtering functionality.
- Allow managers to update resources based on feedback.
