feat: Add NEXT_PUBLIC_PROJECT_NAME environment variable #3070

The .env.example and Dockerfile have been modified to include the NEXT_PUBLIC_PROJECT_NAME environment variable. This variable is used in the frontend code to display the project name dynamically.
