Pagination doesn't work when using page templates #543

When inserting a quiz via a page template, the div.qmn_pagination (where the buttons go) don't appear to be called at all.

When I insert the quiz into the content of the page regularly, it works fine.. See screenshots!

Using this in my page template: <?php echo do_shortcode('[mlw_quizmaster quiz=1]'); ?>

Hey @adriennehlam! When you say "page template" are you using a page builder or page template chosen in the page template meta box? Can you provide link to quiz?
