depend on `qiskit` instead of `qiskit-terra` #325

Hi QunaSys devs, Qiskit is moving away from the metapackage architecture and it is much more robust to depend on qiskit directly instead of the subpackage qiskit-terra.

Additionally, consider having a look at https://www.ibm.com/quantum/blog/transition-to-1 for how to transition to Qiskit 1.0

Hi! Thank you for commenting! We are currently under investigation on how to upgrade to qiskit 1.0. We will inform you when it is release.
