What will I do 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️?
Drive the execution for all social campaigns across our social channels (Linked, Google, Twitter, etc.)
Manage, schedule, and organize online content posting across our core digital channels.
Identify areas of opportunity, design experiments & incrementality tests, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing in order to drive lead generation
Measure, analyze, and report performance of your channel and support management in driving channel mix and budget decisions
Conduct user research, experiment with user interfaces to optimize web content for conversions, and strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Contribute to the creation of blog content, email campaigns/ newsletters, and social media content
Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO, UI/UX and perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
Help with the planning and hosting of online and in-person marketing events.
What do I need 🧐?
BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent within the last 2 years
1-2 years proven experience in marketing data analytics and tools (Google Ads, Linked Ads, or other ad networks)
Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution, and LTV
Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or another website CMS.
Passion for marketing and innovative technologies.
Familiarity with social media platforms for B2B marketing purposes, specifically LinkedIn and Twitter.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think critically
Nice to have 🤩:
Experience with Hubspot for marketing automation and Google Analytics.
Exhibits a deep passion for dumplings.
Experience using image editing tools like Photoshop or GIMP.
Follows the trends and concepts in the AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science fields.
