[Bug]: web端侧边栏模式下，布局按钮的问题

Bug Description | BUG 描述

如果上一次在网页中关闭Thino时，Thino处于瀑布流视图，

则下次在侧边栏中打开Thino时，Thino也将处于瀑布流视图，不方便侧边栏阅览，

且布局按钮点不动，无法调整为单列视图，

须得回到Thino网页端浏览器主视图中才能调整。

1. Thino网页端设置为瀑布流视图
2. 关闭Thino网页端
3. 在侧边栏中打开Thino网页端
