[Bug]: 编辑已有的thino条目，会丢失块id标记 #713

Bug Description | BUG 描述

对于已有的thino条目，在obsidian内部被引用后，系统会自动添加自有的块标记“^字符串”，而该条目被thino二次编辑以后，该标记会丢失，引用也相应失效了。

2.4.55版本，多文件模式，bug复现。日记模式下二次编辑以后，块id会被换行放置。

Version 2.4.55, multi-file mode, bug reappears. After secondary editing in journal mode, the block ID will be placed in a new line.

能查看单个标签的编辑历史吗......记了一个月的东西不小心直接编辑了列表的，结果是同一个文件没保存，东西直接没了也找不回来了QAQ

Can I check the editing history of a single tag...I accidentally edited the list after memorizing something for a month. As a result, the same file was not saved, and the things were lost and cannot be retrieved. QAQ
