[Bug]: CSS外观代码与Thino同时开启，编辑预览模式输入文字会有卡顿！

Bug Description | BUG 描述

我在网上找了两个CSS代码，分别是CornellNotes（外观笔记代码），我对此边注做了改动，变成了两列content，之前是一列content，一列边注。 MCL Gallery Cards（浮动图片代码，这个代码是熊猫别熬夜大佬推给我的）。

这两个代码与Thino同时开启，编辑预览模式输入文字会有卡顿！

（已经过其它插件和代码的排查，其它插件并没有没有卡顿。另外，插件市场这个插件也会导致预览模式在输入时卡顿）

I'm not sure if your lagging is a problem because it can't be reproduced. You can contact the community administrator. There are WeChat and QQ groups where you can contact me and let me see the remote on-site situation.

我试过你提供的 css 并没有发现卡顿问题，后续你可以尝试联系我，在微信或者 qq群我看看具体卡顿的原因，但目前并未发现开启这些之后卡顿

I tried the css you provided and found no lagging problem. You can try to contact me in the future on WeChat or QQ group I looked at the specific reasons for the lag, but so far I haven’t found any lag after turning on these.
