Specs:

Qupzilla 2.0.1, Windows 7 64 bits, portable release

When browsing the web it popus a tiny cmd window that disappers instantanly. I can´t reproduce as it seems to be random. From time to time it pop up.

Could it be, that this pop-up is invoked by another application?

No. It only happens when using Qupzilla.

Maybe. Since I'm not a developer I can´t tell for sure. But it´s similar.
