Toggle Javascript isn't working #2560

Hi,

I wanted to be able to disable Javascript by default and then "toggle" enable it when needed.

I enabled the "StatusBar Icons" which provides the "Current Page Settings" for Javascript. However, if Javascript is disabled in "Preferences" -> "Browsing", then even if you enabled it using the "StatusBar Icon" it doesn't work on YouTube, duckduckgo.com, and elsewhere.
