Rewriting frontend code using material UI stylesheets and default components
Implementing a Navbar, Footer, and Form Component (note: chapterinput and verseinput will be deleted eventually)

So far so good, let's just remove the files I made earlier. There's no need for them to be there if we aren't using them. i.e. chapter.js and verse.js

The last thing is just a pet peeve. It's not really annoying me, but thought I should mention it in case you find it annoying:

Okay, now the only thing that needs fixing is to make sure that we can dynamically render the chapters when the app loads and the verses when the chapter is chosen. @adizeina
