Delete unused Stark.LitoriaFreycineti.yml analysis #286

Describe the bug

Trying to run a Stark.LitoriaFreycineti.yml analysis however it keeps crashing.

Expected behavior

Shouldn't crash.

Diagnostics

I have attached a log:

The operating system I'm using is: Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363

The version of AnalysisPrograms.exe I'm using is: 19.12.0.1

The data used can be found: File is 150MB, can give you any method you want

The command I used:

C:\Users\Charles\ap\AnalysisPrograms.exe audio2csv D:\Desktop\AP Test Audio\KMU10_20171030_202953.wav C:\Users\Charles\ap\ConfigFiles\RecognizerConfigFi…toriaFreycineti.AP_DESKTOP_TEMP.1580301763129.yml  D:\Documents\AP Desktop\Litoria Freycineti(1580301763129)\KMU10_20171030_202953 --mix-down-to-mono=true --parallel --log-level=7

The config file I used:

I am using the generated version, it should be a match for the original.

This analysis is unmaintained and AFAIK unused. I'm going to remove it unless there are any objections @debrastark?

Actually, I just realised that @SAQUTTony might have need for this. Tony, do you need this recogniser?
