Make sure audio does not autoplay for CS app during UI tutorial #342

When a user first uses the CS listen interface and when autoplay is set to true the audio starts playing during the UI-tutorial/bootstrap phase.

Change

The audio should not play automatically IFF the bootstrap process is running.
