Auto-renew sftpgo user when expiry date is near

When a harvest takes more than 7 days, the sftpgo upload user will have expired.

There currently is no way to refresh that expiration.

[x] Add a user expiration date stamp to Harvest model
[x] Automatically renew the user (and update the expiration date stamp on the model) when we're close to expiry on GET requests
