Create the analysis jobs list page (/audio_analysis)(https://www.ecosounds.org/audio_analysis).

There is a lot of component level refactoring opportunity in the current pages, especially when creating an analysis job to use ngx-formly.

This page will be a bit of a port, a bit of a rewrite.
