Verification grid should use greyscale spectrograms #2152

Throughout our site we use greyscale spectrograms

However, the oe-verification-grid component currently only supports spectrograms with the viridus color scheme.

To keep the verification grid style consistant with the rest of the client, we should use grayseale spectrograms.

Using greyscale spectrograms is dependent on upstream changes to allow changing the default sepectrogram settings
