MacOS workflow no longer works #2162

I have tempoarilily disabled the MacOS runner because Karam fails to start with the error

No binary for Firefox browser on your platform. Please, set "FIREFOX_BIN" env variable.

firefox-karma-launcher is now deprecated and no longer maintained, so we cannot expect an upstream fix.

Looking at GitHub CI images, Firefox is installed on the MacOS images, so I assume it has something to do with the env variable not being set.
