Please add a build step to the Linux Android builder to test arm32 inferiors on an arm64 device. (Still use the arm64 lldb-server binary)

You'll need to use a 32 bit lldb-server to test 32 bit inferiors until https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=23799 is fixed.
