lld comes with a man page (lld/docs/ld.lld.1) -- but "make install" and friends never install it -- it's not listed in any CMakeLists.txt files.

Adding Ed, who wrote the initial versions of ld.lld.1.

I'm not sure what the canonical way to install man pages via CMake is - will try to take a look.

My initial attempt did not work, will have to do some more CMake research.
