Support for Akarin, a multi-threaded paper fork #4

Hello. I do not know much about Akarin (more precisely, I do not know at all). Therefore, a few questions:

  1. Have you tested all versions 1.9-1.13 with Akarin?
  2. Version v1_8_R3 will not be included?
  3. Is Akarin a fork from Paper?
  4. Is there a website for Akarin plugins like spigot?

I have accepted your PR. But I have not tested it.. So, support for Akarin "as is" Thanks

  1. Yes (Perhaps I should remove the 1.9-1.11 versions because those aren't even public)
  2. No Because it doesn't exist
  3. Yes it is a fork of Paper
  4. Most spigot plugins should work with Akarin without any modification required.
