Hello. I'm having trouble using this app

first i downloaded poehelper and i running it. but the program works this way Adsız

i want to use preload alert but I haven't installed any plugin before and I don't know how

Is there anyone who can help? thank you all.

Please jorgelpjr, can u upload again in another server? Your file in MediaFire is corrupted. I cant extract it after download
