This tileview container used to be useful to debug how vector tiles are rendered.
Now that Qwant/erdapfel can be used directly for this purpose, the old "tileview" has not been maintained: it uses Node 10, and depends on implementation details of map-style-builder.
README instructions already recommend to use Erdapfel instead.
