place=village (without boundary) can't be found #121

I´ve found that qwant is'nt able to find villages where the village is no admin_centre of a boundary or there is no boundary at all. That means there ist only a node with place=village an a name=* This poses a problem, maybe almost solely, for Germany, as there often is no, or at least not availabe, official Data on boundaries for settlements below "Gemeinden" (as these are the lowest form of administration).

For example the Gemeinde Fraunberg https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/934761. As a named boundary it can be found on qwant. The same goes for boundarys with an admin_centre (as they are often tagged in France). Whereas every other village in this relation, for example "Reichenkirchen" https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/271325591, "Singlding" https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/269305647 or "Maria Thalheim" https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/269305647, can not be found as they have no boundary.

Interestlingy enough settlements with nodes tagged as place=hamlet ca be found on qwant.

This means there is a gap between really small settlements and administrative boundaries (provided by cosmonogy i suppose).

To be honest, i dont know if this issues is better placed here or at https://github.com/CanalTP/mimirsbrunn, since i couldnt check if it was a problem with Data simply not being imported by qwant (based on usefulness fort his project) or not possible to be imported with the way mimirsbrunn works.
