Add toilet details #92

Adding toilet (aka "Restrooms" or "WC") details (see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:toilets?uselang=en-US) might be useful to some users.

This can be placed under "Services & Information" details.

Qwant maps gets it's data from OpenStreetMap. OpenStreetMap is basically a huge collection of metadata about places all around the world. If you want to improve the map easily, you can take a look at StreetComplete, an app for Android which allows you to contribute to OpenStreetMap without any hassle :)

Already added things to https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/521973195/#map=18/-6.1730521/106.7847367 in 2019 and the toilet details are still not showing up in https://www.qwant.com/maps/place/osm:way:521973195@Fish_Streat/#map=18/-6.1730521/106.7847367.

Oh sorry, I didn't know that. Okay so I can create implement this feature if that's okay with the devs. @remi-dupre you seem to be the active maintainer for this project, can I implement this?
