At first glance, they seem like an email service, but they seem like a full end-to-end business suit.

How does the site tend to treat NSFW content? Agnostic, however, Section 8 Termination Policy of their TOS has an obscenity clause in it.

Do you know of any risk to the site? Adult content is deemed obscene by United States law or Convert Kit.
