MekHQ is a java helper program for the MegaMek game that allows users to load a list of entities from an XML file, perform repairs and customizations, and then save the new entities to another XML file that can be loaded into MegaMek.
Setting up edge triggers for a bunch of personnel is a PITA. The ability to batch turn off given MW triggers is there, why not add the ones to turn on for multiple personnel and add the non-MW ones too?
Another alternative might be a small dialog with checkboxes to set all the triggers at once, similar to the capability in the GM Edit dialog but just for the edge triggers, and able to apply changes to multiple personnel at once.
