Need Support for "Font 3" Character Graphics #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to

2. Claim to be a VT220. (It's asking because of Parchment's default claimed 
machine type -- you could make it not ask using a different default if you 
like.)  In this case, you must say "Yes" to get Font 3 Character Graphics for 
maps and ability bars.
3. On the main menu screen, choose "Create Your Own Character".  The bars 
aren't rendered in Font 3.  Likewise once the game proper starts, the map that 
appears to the right of the room description is likewise not in Font 3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Characters requested to render in Font 3 should do so, but they're currently 
rendering out in the default character font.

The z-machine spec gives some good details on proper handling:

Frotz deals well with BZ, so it's a good guidepost.

I'm not sure I want to support Beyond Zork... it's a unique game, one that 
can't be legally distributed. If someone else can fix these bugs I'll 
incorporate them of course, but I'm not going to put the effort in.
