Replace limited OpenSSL options with full HTTP configurability

Breaking changes:

removed openSSL option
removed OPENSSL_ROOT_CA_PATH environment variable
removed OPENSSL_SECURE_OPTIONS environment variable

New features:

added http option

root CA path and secure options can now be set as follows:
