We have liaise with the Sakupay project manager (i.e., Ari) on this matter and he is communicating with the eKupon folks.

Technical assessment meeting is set at 10am on the 5th of Sept 2024, involving all Sakupay personnel.

Upon the "technical discussion" with the eKupon folks, Theta now awaits eKupon for them to share the link to their web portal for us to view and integrate into Sakupay. Also, charging model was developed to charge eKupon per transaction along with its integration.

Hi there @nanahamzah, I've prepared the rough charges for eKupon. This is for Ari in case he needs it from us for him to develop the integration timeline for ekupon & sakupay.

Dear Theta Edge Team,

First of all, we apologize for the late response and thank you again for your detailed proposal and insightful discussion. Below are our comments and some adjustments:

Student Card Costs: • RM10 to MyIRC: MyIRC to undertake activation of student cards; and • RM10 to Theta: For Theta to undertake the supply and delivery of the student card.

Additional Points:

  1. Sales Collection Disbursement: Currently, we disburse the sales collection to our merchants on the same day (T+0). We hope to maintain this practice moving forward, as it is one of the key factors that differentiate us from other competitors.

  2. MDR Charges for Reload: MyIRC does not transfer MDR charges to parents when they reload the wallet. This ensures that the value in RM is the same as the e-Kupon value top-up in the wallet, with no deductions.

Additional Roles & Responsibilities: Theta will also be responsible for the school's onboarding process.
