Now waiting for Izmi Strat Comm to fill in the form (regarding the Logo)

Yesterday, Izmi was unsure about how to fill out the form, so I reached out to Asma from Legal for assistance. However, she suggested that we hire a lawyer for the trademark process. I then spoke with @Ac3ranJr1 , who mentioned that in the past, SakuPay used an agent for this purpose. @nichleegc6929 What’s our next step? Should I reach out to Sharifah for her input on this?

Ok this morning i received an email from Asma Legal saying that they’re considering to engage with an expert/outsource to help with this application process. Image

Agree with the recommendation. Let's have Procurement team involve so that we adhere with the right process and governance.
