Making an RNA-Seq test data set is on my to-do list. Maybe I should push it up higher. @mattjmeier you suggested an older experiment to use for that a while ago.

Re: tests failing, that's because of the merge I did this morning which introduced more parameters to the config file. I checked the test for this push and it failed in the expected place for that problem, so it should pass when merged.

Yes the hbcd data is a good one to try for rnaseq. Reza's 2019 paper. Can follow up with more information. It's ion torrent data though. Maybe we can pick an illumina dataset
