Fix explorer plots #215

Fix problem with replicated points in by-gene interactive plots. Order x-axis of by-gene interactive plots so they go by dose.

Yes it did! I tried it on Kristin's data and it worked. I guess of the top 1000 genes, some of them appear in multiple samples. So they end up being replicated in the tipple that gets used to make the plot. Just an issue with join(). (It's always join()!).
