Add TGx-DDI reporting module #242

Adds a report for TGx-DDI analysis, with code based on Andrew William's work. Includes the tgx-ddi biomarker file from Li 2015 (https://doi.org/10.1002/em.21941). Partially addresses issue #231 . Note this has only been tested on TempO-Seq data.
