Update: this isn't a problem with the tempO-seq test data set, the GeneTox21 dataset, or the Beal 2024 potency dataset. The values in the NMR_data column of QC_per_sample.txt look correct for all. I will force the y-axis values on the NMR dose-effects plot into scientific notation, but otherwise I'm really not sure what's going on in the example above (provided by Matt).
The QC table (QC_per_sample.txt) lists NMR_data in X thousands of reads, so e.g., 1800 would actually mean 1 800 000. Probably because it's pulling that data from MulitQC.
For the output table we should have the actual number of reads (1800000, not 1800) and the figures should probably be in scientific notation. This may be because the data is being pulled from MultiQC, which shows read numbers in thousands.
