Texture Exporter Changes #56

TextureDelta calculated automatically so that heightmaps use the entire contrast range. Export a second texture that includes positive offsets. Export proper normals that, when converted to DXT5_NM, look much better in-game.

Also worth removing the src/Kopernicus/Kopernicus.csproj from the gitignore - it's so your references are not changed

Not that I don't believe this is a good thing, but so much is in flux with what little time I have I probably won't get around to merging this until next weekend. Just want to have time to evaluate it and all,

Just FYI. Haven't missed this.
