Demesne Hierarchy no longer functioning after faction rebellion.

Describe the bug Exception thrown when opening "Demesne Hierarchy" from any settlement. Started happening after I separated from Northern Empire as part of a rebel faction. Happened during rebellion, and is still happening after winning rebellion war.

Mod Version 1.2.7.1 latest game version Evidence

Same problem as me, and (reading your crash report and mine) it seems the source of crash is the same, since the last update Banner Kings calls a local file that is certainly not on our computers : in C:/Users/Rodrigo/source/repos/bannerlord-banner-kings/BannerKings/Models/BKModels/BKTitleModel.cs:line 510

Except maybe if your name is Rodrigo ;-)
