Missing additional word at the name of nobles and rulers in other languages (In my case German) #111

Describe the bug

In the German voice output, the addition to the name is not displayed. For example, in the case of the ruler of Aserai, it says "Unqid, Sultan of Aserai". In German "Sultan" is not there. This is also the case for all others as well as Blattania..

I have attached 2 pictures for comparison.

English German

I think there are strings missing in English that can be translated.
