Veron Castle missing Title #185

Description Veron Castle and its villages currently have no titles assigned and do not show up in the demesne hierarchy

Mod Version

applies both to Banner Kings 1.3.1.3 and BKCE 1.0.2

Evidence

"castle_EW5" is missing from titles.xml
adding line "barony settlement="castle_EW5" deJure="lord_1_11" /" fixes the issiue for new saves, (lord_1_11 is a placeholder, not sure what the appropriate one would be) not sure if you can get a fix for old saves

I would like to add that the Vlandian Fief of Sargot and its attached villages, are also missing in the demesne hierarchy and has no data as the owner.
