Broadcaster Alerts #29

Just like, a favorites list. You check off the broadcaster, and if they're broadcasting, the app brings up an alert to let you know.

Adding favorite DJs would be easy to do.

What kind of alert? Just a notification ticker at the top or something more? Beep? Small Popup? Vibration? Combination of things? Settings pick alert option type?

Managing list of favorite DJ's is enabled with 89415faa6e6c2e66c91b105e997d46ef5126557c (grabbed names from staff page) I don't know what default behavior to have with a favorite DJ as opposed to a regular DJ though.

Will get rid of this. A notification for the DJ's happens anyways.
