Request Song Timer #39

After requesting, it should replace the search bar with a timer. Currently if you request a song then go back into the search, it will say that the AFK streamer isn't playing when she obviously is.

This issue made me think about revamping the Search/Requesting coding and unify the way the Android App handles API information, i.e., Songs could be their own class. Information could become easy and elegant with this framework. (Programming ideas for myself to remember).

Rate-limit this in the client. Then check the server response. In future there will be logins, and then you'll be given a timer in the /current api endpoint for this.
