Christmas (maybe new years) theme #86

I can't promise it works perfectly on everything but it should work on mobile, I sort of ran out of time but I asked some people and they felt it was ok.

Please merge and pull with haste if you will or it won't make it in time. I won't be here to fix things since it's unlikely I'll have access to a computer during Christmas.

If the snow from last years doesn't show up, add everything from script.blade.php to home.blade.php (at the script tags) and it will work (that's what I had to do it locally).

Sorry for the multiple pull requests, also looks like the earlier apparently still unmerged commits from a few months back came with this and I can't be bothered to make another branch and another pull request

If for some reason this won't be merged in time for Christmas (or new years?) streams, you can just ignore it, since it's not suitable to be a general theme.
