[Feature] Automatically redirect HTTP traffic to HTTPS #92

As the title says, it would be very nice to have an automatic HTTP to HTTPS redirect, preferably using HSTS so that the subsequent requests go directly to HTTPS by default.

This was in place once, but ed and vin thought it was silly.
