I think this still needs @Wessie to add the SASS stuff? Aside from that, should be a simple palette swap with a few extra adjustments.

Open questions:

Should this be just css, or an entirely separate theme?
If it's just css, maybe a night/day switch on the site separate from theme selection?
Option for automatic light/dark theme selection based on time of day (does anyone actually use this?) or prefers-color-scheme?

Should be a separate theme, but that basically just involves overriding the head.tmpl and replacing the css for the initial dark theme.

This would be nice to already have just to implement and test the theme system, since that is currently not completely implemented yet.

Added the theme in the valkyrie-themes repository. Still WIP but usable enough already.
