@bpbond to clean up data - missed some repeated collars
After joining the flux data with the treatment map (when you do that left_join) filter out all rows with missing (NA) treatment values; use is.na()
Let's also filter our any CO2 fluxes <0 or >25
Add a methane flux over time graph (like for CO2)
Add some text to the R Markdown that uses inline R code (with backticks) to report number of observations, first and last date, etc. :

This dataset had `r nrow(dat)` observations, from `r min(dat$Timestamp)` to `r max(dat$Timestamp)`.
